Neighbourhood Profile: Roche Point
Roche Point is a waterfront community on the East side of North Vancouver. Nearly half of this region is Tseleilwaututh First Nation land on which the popular Raven Woods development of lease hold condos & townhouses have been built. This development is located off of the waterfront Dollarton Hwy. Many of these homes enjoy picturesque views of the Burrard Inlet. On the North side of Roche Point there are homes, townhouses and apartments accessible off of Mount Seymour Parkway. These are also within walking distance to the beautiful Seymour Golf and Country Club and Parkgate Village with its grocery store, restaurants and other amenities.
Roche Point is just a stone’s throw away from Deep Cove and its quaint shopping area and waterfront with activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding and boating.

Seymour Golf and Country Club has been an integral part of the North Vancouver and North Shore community since 1953. You can leave downtown Vancouver and be here in 15 minutes, but when you step onto the first tee, you’ll feel as if you’re miles away.
Seymour is a private golf club but allows the public to play on Mondays and Fridays, so the greater community may experience what members enjoy every day.
Seymour is also open for public dining on Mondays and Fridays, so neighbours may come in and enjoy a taste of what membership provides.
