We give back

We love our community and it shows. We are generous contributors to local schools, from playground development to donations of pumpkins for school fundraisors. We have an annual scholarship at Handsworth Secondary School. We are active members of our local community residents' and merchants' association, and sponsor events in Edgemont Village such as Christmas in the Village and the Evenings In Edgemont Concert Series. Every year, we give away 2,000 pumpkins and raise money and awareness for ALS. The Clarke Family has their own charity organization, The ALS Directive, which raises money for ALS BC for the equipment loan program in memory of Shirley Clarke.
